In the far ends of the Solsea, in his journey to move up the food chain in the shanty town of Tiger Trench, Scampi met Sharlie. Sharlie, a dreamer trying to prove his value to society lacked the skill to make this plan come true, so he called his friend Whilly aboard. Whilly, the engineer, was the right person for the job.
Scampi called it Fishy Business Club.
